We had a problem with one of our deli cases not working properly. In addition our regular
tech guy who services our equipment is on an extended vacation. I called Marc
Refrigeration and spoke to Jeff. I explained in detail what the problem was and he
walked me through some of the settings in order to figure out what was wrong. He
diagnosed it and determined that we needed a new controller. It was diagnosed and the
part ordered on a Friday and arrived promptly on Monday. He gave me instructions on how
to replace the defective part with the new one. Followed instructions and it’s now
working like new again! Excellent service!
